Food for thought 31 July 2018


  • On the 31 July Adele from the health foundation came to talk to as about keeping as fit and health.

  •  She came to as to talk all 
  • about how to be fit and health and to not eat food with lots of  Sugar in it and Oil food and fizzy. So Adele said you had to eat stuff like Fruit and Vegetable and cereal with less Sugar in it.Next Adele went to pass as some bared like coco pops honey buffs and cone flakes and 

  • .We had to count the energy the sugar the fat the fibre and the SodIum so we all count it up. After we did that we got given same cards with bottle on so we had to pick the cards with no Sugar and same cards  with a lot of Sugar in it. We had to put them it to right order. Then like five minutes we were done then Adele went to the next school. 

  • We all had a great time with Adele and I hope she can came back again. πŸ™‚

Thank you mr Steve for all the food that you have giving for as. Like the pies and pizzas and all the food that you have got for room 8. I hope we can get more food next team.
